I remember installing the preset packs easily when I bought them, so I think it should be fairly straightforward. If you were trying to import from the plugin options, perhaps try the following example:BA-1 owner here: either I'm missing something or the preset loader doesn't work. I bought the V2 preset pack, tried to use the preset loader to import the packs, nothing happened despite following the instructions to the letter- am I missing something fundamental? I've emailed them three times, nobody has replied, so I've just raised a support ticket, but I'm hacked off with this now.
Place the “NEON BLACK EXP PACK” folder in the following location:
* Mac: /Library/Application Support/BABY Audio/Presets/BA-1
* PC: C:\ProgramData\BABY Audio\presets\BA-1
Restart your DAW and the Expansion Pack will now appear in BA-1’s preset dropdown.
