BTW, i find out that if one wish to install E-MU drivers on Win 11 x64 it is possible to Patchmix not complains after installation about lack of hardware, just by copying one file from XFTI_PCDRV_L11_2_40_0019 Creative driver. You got to stop your E-MU device in Device Manager and then overwrite CTOSS2K.SYS at System32\Drivers\ after the clean installation of EmuPMX_PCDrv_US_2_30_00_BETA. Then reboot, install EmuPMX_PCApp_US_2_20_00 voila!
